Easier & faster to use

It’s now easier to respond quickly to my customers and get more from my day.

Because we all like to work in different ways, and on different schedules, Amadeus Selling Platform Connect includes enhanced flexibility and time saving features.

The product includes new search features to source information faster, with the added benefit of a new and more intuitive workspace.

Agents can view multiple bookings concurrently, and mix and match both command and graphical layouts depending on how you like to work.

And what about training staff? No problem, because Amadeus’ product requires minimal training, and and with automated updates you’ll always have access to the latest version to keep downtime low.

“In the retail environment, it’s nice to bring a customer over to your side and draw them into the booking experience,” Amadeus IT Pacific’s managing director, Tony Carter said.
