Are you ready to sell new and emerging destinations to your luxury clients?

Well, you’re in luck: the cream of the crop in luxury adventure travel has just released details of one of its new limited-edition, small-group journeys visiting South Korea and Taiwan.

Abercrombie & Kent’s (A&K) 11-day South Korea & Taiwan: Cultural Encounters visits two of Asia’s most surprising destinations, taking in their capital cities: Seoul and Taipei.

The countries are relative newcomers to the luxury travel scene and feature on A&K’s Limited Edition Small Group Journeys for 2020, celebrating both countries and their natural and cultural highlights.

Sharing good food and wine with friend

From hip and edgy Seoul where new meets old and pop culture thrives, to a museum housing the world’s largest collection of Chinese art in Taipei, your clients will uncover local customs, flavoursome culinary delights and picturesque scenery.

Highlights of the visit to South Korea include Seoul’s traditional street markets, witnessing spirited artists perform an adrenalin pumping taekwondo demonstration and admiring traditional Korean architecture in the palaces of Seoul.

Your clients will also get a sombre lesson in history by visiting Korea’s demilitarised zone.

In Taiwan, your clients will savour dumplings, noodle soup and small bites from Taipei’s night markets, launch a sky lantern for good luck in Taipei and taste Taiwan’s signature Kavalan whisky.

They will also have the chance to hike into Taroko National Park to admire fast flowing rivers, crashing waterfalls, deep ravines, grottos and a commemorative shrine.

The tour is priced at $12,990 per person, as part of A&K’s Limited Edition Small Group Journeys, which consist of an intimate-sized group with a maximum of 18 guests per tour.

Travel dates for March, October and November 2020 are now open and currently on sale, and with the waiver of single supplement for the first two solo travellers booked before 31 August 2019, solo travellers can save more than $2,000.

All A&K Limited Edition Small Group Journeys are also now available to book online with confirmation issued within 24 hours of receipt of deposit.
