ATTN AGENTS: Singapore Tourism celebrates explorers with new roadshow + campaign!

Calling all travel agents! Singapore Tourism is heading Down Under for its latest trade roadshow.

The ‘Find your Tribe’ Singapore Tourism Trade Roadshow 2019 is just around the corner, and it’s the perfect occasion for all travel professionals to brush-up on their knowledge of the Lion City.

Arriving on Australian shores in August, the roadshow and its theme – #PassionMadePossible – allows travel agents to explore their Singaporean passions by identifying with a tourism ‘tribe’.

Are you a foodie, socialiser, culture shaper or explorer?

In the lead-up to the event, Travel Weekly will be taking you through Singapore Tourism’s four travel ‘tribes’. We’ve already looked at foodies  and culture shapers – so now it’s time for the explorers.

Whether it’s an exploration of nature throughout the Lion City, or an escape through one of Singapore’s neighbourhoods, the country boasts no shortage of escapades for travellers interested in getting outdoors on foot.

From spellbinding Sentosa Island and the Gardens by the Bay; to Joo Chiat and the Orchard Road, the Lion City entertains a mix of cultural, historical and modern social delicacies that are best experienced on foot.

The country aims to showcase these and many more attractions that explorers can experience, and agents can educate themselves on. Moreover, agents ought to take note of Singapore’s world-renowned green spaces, with the likes of Singapore’s iconic Botanic Gardens – a UNESCO World Heritage Site – and the Southern Ridges, along with Lower Seleter Reservoir Park among the highlights.

Other worthwhile experiences that explorational agents will learn about at the Find your TribeSingapore Tourism Trade Roadshow 2019 include the family-friendly Punggol Waterhole; Upper Seletar Reservoir Park, a trailblazing hotspot; and the nature-rich and birdwatching haven of Sungei Buloh Wetland Reserve.

The ‘Find your Tribe’ Singapore Tourism Trade Roadshow 2019 will be hosted in Sydney on Monday 26 August, in Brisbane on Wednesday 28 August, and in Melbourne on Friday 30 August.
