Skyscanner has launched a football flight finder tool to help Australians find the best prices for travel to the World Cup.

The search brings up flights to Brazil as well as internal flights to reach the stadiums for the group stage of the World Cup.

The football flight finder shows price differences based on which group stage their team reaches.

Currently Socceroos fans can take internal flights to support the team during the group stage for $237.

8000 ticket requests were made by Australians in the 24-hour second sales phase of the World Cup group stage draw.

“Soccer fans have until January 30 to request their tickets so we know that there is going to be a huge demand for flights in the coming months,” Skyscanner marketing manager Dave Boyte said.

“Brazil is a new destination for many and planning journeys around such a huge country can be complex, so we’re delighted to be able to bring the Football Flight Finder to fans to let them plan their travel in seconds.”

This is how it works:
