Agents treated to an evening of French cinema
By admin

Last week, French Travel Connection in partnership with Rail Plus hosted a special screening of the comedy, Tour de Force, for more than 100 travel industry guests in Sydney and Melbourne.

The film is a tale of a cycling tragic who attempts to win back the respect of his wife and son by riding the Tour de France one day ahead of the professionals.

Tour de Force is one of the films in the 2014 Alliance Francaise French Film Festival, of which French Travel Connection is the national sponsor. Now in its 25th year, the film festival is now the world’s largest celebration of French cinema, outside of France itself.

The film has been acclaimed as a funny and thrilling story of everyday heroes, with special mention to the lead French actor, Clovis Cornillac. Arguably, the real star of the film, however, is the picturesque French countryside.
